Most car manufactures hardly use the rear sides of vehicles but they can be used for storage. Perhaps building removable pockets that might house tools, first-aid kits, torches or spare fuses would be helpful because in most cases, these necessary items become lost elsewhere when you're traveling. The same could be said for overhead compartment storage in the rear of cars. We don't use areas that could help us save space, cramming everything in between the front to passenger seating area doesn't allow for proper storage problems so, there is always room for improvement by utilizing free space.
